Welcome to Feed Sumner
Feed Sumner Food Bank and Ministry, a ministry of First Baptist Hendersonville, exists to meet the immediate needs of families in Sumner County by offering food assistance and support. Through monthly food distribution, at-home deliveries, shopping pantry, and on-site assistance, we serve over 500 families in Sumner County each month.
Monthly Food Distribution
Food Distributions take place on the second Saturday of each month from 8:00am – 11:00am at the Feed Sumner Warehouse. Bring an ID or proof of Sumner County residence.

Shopping Pantry
A client-choice pantry has been established for senior adults, handicapped individuals, those with dietary restrictions, or those who simply need a more controlled environment. Please call Feed Sumner for more information on this program.
At Home Deliveries
At Home Deliveries are also possible for those homebound or for whom personal transportation is not an option. Please call Feed Sumner for more information about At Home Deliveries.
Food Donations
Feed Sumner gladly accepts non-perishable items in unopened, undamaged packaging. Please check the dates and make sure the food hasn’t expired. Cans, boxes, and containers must be unopened and intact. Smaller, single family sizes are preferred.
Receive a Special Thanksgiving Meal Box!
Would your family benefit from a FREE Thanksgiving Meal Box? Feed Sumner will pass out special Thanksgiving Meal boxes along with the standard meal box at the monthly distribution on November 8.
